Method
- Cube the chicken and toss with salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil. Roast in the oven at 400F for 15 mins or air fry until 165F in the center.
- Prepare the Pasta according to instructions.
- Blend all of the pesto ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Toss the pasta, chicken, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese in a large bowl with the pesto dressing. Add extra salt, garlic powder, and lemon juice if desired.
