Method
- Place all of the ingredients (minus the blueberries) and blend until smooth. Let the batter sir for 3-5 mins (this gives it a fluffier texture.)
- Pour the batter into 4 meal prep containers and bake for 12-20 mins at 375F.
- Top with extra blueberries, nonfat greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if desired!
