High-Protein Beef Burrito Bowl (Easy Healthy Meal Prep for Fat Loss)

Ingredients
  

For the taco beef:
  • 2 lb. 93% lean grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 packet Siete Mild seasoning mix
For the corn
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup organic frozen sweet corn
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • chopped cilantro (optional)
for the guacamole:
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon juice
  • chopped cilantro
For serving:
  • white rice
  • nonfat greek yogurt or sour cream
  • cheese (optional)

Equipment

  • Rice Cooker

Method
 

  1. Prepare rice in the rice in rice cooker.
  2. Saute the beef on stovetop until done and add salt and siete seasoning packet. Cheese if desired
  3. Saute your corn on the stovetop until browned and then add in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Smash your avocados with salt, pepper, lime and lemon juice and cilantro.
Assemble the bowls:
  1. Add your rice, beef, corn salsa, guacamole, nonfat greek yogurt to each container and enjoy!
