- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix all of the oats, salt, baking soda in a large bowl.
- Add the coconut sugar, eggs, peanut butter, vanilla, and stir
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls, place on a parchment sheet and bake for 7-8 mins or until just done.
- Top with flakey sea salt if desired
