
This Thai peanut steak salad is the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and fresh. Made with juicy steak, mango, avocado, corn, crisp greens, pickled onions, and creamy feta cheese, then drizzled with a rich Thai peanut dressing.

Marinate the Steak:
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together and salt the steaks. Marinate the steaks for as long as possible, ideally 24 hours.
- Grill or sear the steaks until desired level of doneness. I grilled mine at 450F for about 3 mins each side for medium rare! Let rest 10 mins before slicing and slice against the grain.
Make the dressing:
- Blend all of the dressing ingredients together.
Prepare the salad.
- Chop all of the salad ingredients into bite sized pieces. Make sure to lightly salt your greens, cucumbers, and avocado chunks. Toss with the dressing and cubed meat and enjoy!
